A pair of super-flared knitted trousers, made from old dead-stock cotton mix yarns, hand-knitted and hand-distressed by the Mepuwal tribe’s artisans. This striking pair is a pillar of ChiaHung Su craftsmanship: looking fragile and over-distressed, it provides enough durability in wear (due to a bit of polyester in a cotton mix). A slim silhouette with an exaggerated flare at the bottom creates a stylish and laid-back appearance, reminiscent of hippie-era aesthetics and distressing, applied by hand all over the length of the trousers after the fabric is created, makes each pair unique.
The bottom hem is unfinished, so the wearer can adjust the length to his height.
