Hidden away in a small street around El Born, Barcelona, Evarist Bertran quietly works away on his intricately crafted footwear. The uppers made out of highest quality vegetable tanned leathers sourced from within Spain and abroad, laboriously goodyear welted onto sturdy, thick buffalo leather soles. A shoe that will age beautifully throughout time and last a lifetime. Bertran’s characteristic shape features an elaborate up-turned toe box, one of our favourite boot shapes, creating beautiful three dimensional folds throughout the leather, solidifying the sturdy and tough appearance.
