Lost & Found acts as a description of the practice, as well as the brand's name. The brand functions as a system of “recovery”, utilising vintage fabrics as well as reconstructing antique silhouettes through localized manufacturing. Central to the brand is the ethical “Zero Kilometer” approach, where every stage of production, from design to assembly, occurs within 60km of the Arezzo atelier.
The garments use reconstructed vintage textiles and the pattern details of the vintage garments. The fabrics retain the memory, expanding besides their materiality, and effectively connecting the past with the present.
