Deepti Barth

Deepti Barth, formerly the creative assistant of Carol Christian Poell, continues his legacy through established shapes and patterns while directing her practice toward experimental fabric treatments. Having co-developed several of Poell’s iconic pieces, she extends contemporary tailoring through material-focused production methods.
Her work examines garment construction via surface processes and applied treatments, using rust as an active element in the Rusted Classic Long Sleeve Shirt or applying a protective reflective finish to leather accessories.
