The Terms&Conditions for Elixir Friendly Sale:

1. Shopping is provided on SOPIS basis (Select Online – Pickup In-Store):

• the items are not presented physically in the store, only online 
• no shipping is provided, payment and pickup are only available in store.

2. All prices are final, no further discounts can be applied (including discounts for ‘multiple quantities’), any price negotiation will not be supported. 

3. Since the items are heavily discounted, all sales are final: no return or exchange is possible.
Please keep this in mind, and make sure you are happy with the item(s) selected before completing a purchase.

3.1 A part of the items is from older seasons, therefore some items might have minor flaws, as a result of storage.
No further discounts can be provided due to such flaws: each item is offered and sold as it is, at the designated price.
Please make sure to check your item(s) carefully before completing a payment, once you are in the store.

3.2. Some sizes might be confusing or deceiving – please make sure that the item fits you before completing the purchase.
You may use our changing rooms to try on the items you are interested.
We will normally pull the styles you selected in a couple of adjacent sizes (as long as they are available), so that in case your selected size doesn’t fit, you can try on a size larger or smaller. 

4. You are welcome to shop for the main collection, once you are in the store.

However, we cannot provide you with the ability to select physically the items from Friendly Sale: they are stored at a distant location and cannot be displayed.
